Shipping & Returns




All orders are insured and trackable.

For orders within the United Kingdom, The Ouze ships via Royal Mail. Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email with shipping information and tracking details for your convenience. 

All orders outside the UK are shipped via DHL delivery services. Please be aware of customs and duty fees the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the UK. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

To ensure hassle-free delivery, we recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.



Because we work made-to-order we do not accept returns. Only in exceptional circumstances. Returns do not apply in any circumstance to any items listed in the sample sales or special orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will instruct you as to where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.



Each piece of bespoke jewellery made by The Ouze has been handcrafted just for you, and because of this, it is not possible to return a custom piece. By purchasing online or paying the deposit and/or balance of the invoice, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
