Our small team takes pride in creating personalised jewellery tailored to your needs.

The process involves initial design discussions, sketches if needed, and updates as we handcraft and fulfil your order. 

A small sample of the various bespoke projects we have worked on are displayed below; these range from small changes to existing designs, through customised gifts and mementos, up to the most special projects like engagement rings and Christening presents.

We recognise that for many, this is one of the most important purchases you may make in a lifetime. For bespoke commissions, we are able to work with a wider range of metals and gems than you will see in our main collection, and we are happy to work with your own sourced gems, or help you with the sourcing process.

The Process

If are interested in commissioning a bespoke piece from us, please get in touch via our email with the following information (don't worry if you can't answer everything, we are here to help!)


• Metal preferences (e.g. silver, yellow gold, white gold, platnium)

• Size and dimensions (if applicable)

• Specific features or details you would like to include in your design

• Occasion or purpose for the piece (e.g. wedding, gift, special event)

• Any additional customisation requests (e.g. engraving, monogram,)



Please note, we only offer a limited number of slots each month to ensure we can dedicate time and attention to every customer. If slots are unavailable for the current month, we will add you to our waiting list and let you know about our next availability.

If your project is something we can add to our books and we will then ask you to pay a 50% deposit which is non-refundable. Please be aware that we are happy to accept reference images but we will not replicate other artists' designs.

Sketching & Design

Pretty much all our pieces start with a mock up once we've talked through the initial design together. Weather you have lots of ideas or struggling to start, we are here to help every step of the way!

In person Appointment

We always recommend coming to see pieces and gemstones in person. If you're able to get to our London studio to see pieces in person, feel the textures and weight this can help! However, most the our pieces are totally done online so wherever you are in the world

Finished piece

Once we've agreed a timelines and recived the deposit we can get crafting. We always document the process but cant always provide updates. Don't hesitate to reach out along the way. Either you can arrange collection from the studio or we ship to your door via a secure and insured courier. 

FAQs

All projects are individually priced based on the materials and design. Factors like metal purity, detail and gemstones will contribute. It often helps if you come with a budget in mind so we can work with that when recommending materials and sourcing.

Do not worry! Pretty much all rings can be re-sized and we will work together to make sure its the perfect fit. The first one is free! However, do try and get a size you're confident it so there is as little resizing to do as possible as we wouldn't want to alter the shape too much!

Please allow 6 - 10 weeks although this depends on the design and what needs to be sourced. Sometimes it can be quicker, sometimes longer. Let us know your deadlie and we will make sure its finished in time.

If you have heirloom gold or gemstones you want to use thats definitely possible. We can talk through whats possible. Weather its re-using a diamond from an exisiting ring or melt down gold into a new piece. Let us know what you have and we can recommend a few options!
