Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
UK delivery is complimentary via Royal Mail First Class.
International delivery starts from £30 via DHL Express.
Every order is fully insured and tracked.
Stock pieces are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 4–5 weeks.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and are additional to these dispatch times.
We’ll email your tracking details once your piece is on its way.
For international orders, import duties and taxes are calculated and added at checkout. We arrange payment on your behalf, so there are no additional customs charges when your order arrives.
RETURNS
If your piece isn’t quite right, we accept returns on stock jewellery and standard made-to-order designs.
Email studio@the-ouze.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to return it. You then have a further 14 days to send your piece back.
You’re welcome to try your jewellery on as you would in a shop. Please return it in its original condition, carefully packed, with its original packaging wherever possible.
We’ll arrange a return shipping label and confirm its cost before issuing it. For change-of-mind returns, the label cost will be deducted from your refund, together with any applicable duties or re-import fees where permitted by law. Please follow our shipping and customs instructions to help avoid unnecessary charges.
BESPOKE & PERSONALISED PIECES
Pieces created or altered to your individual specifications cannot be returned for a change of mind. This includes engraving and bespoke changes to sizing, stones, settings, finishes or metals beyond the standard options offered on our website.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described. If there’s a problem with your piece, please contact studio@the-ouze.com so we can help. -
Custom
Our products can be customised with different gemstones, metals or with personalised engravings. If you would like to create a custom version of any of our pieces, please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements prior to ordering. Please note that prices may differ from the base product according to materials used, & a small customisation fee will be applied.

Made to Order
Where we don't have a product in stock, we offer a made to order service. Products made to order ship within 4-5 weeks.
If you need an order sooner, please contact us before ordering to check if an earlier delivery is possible.
Please note, each piece is individually handcrafted. Due to this unique process, the jewellery you receive will vary slightly from the photo on the website. No two pieces are the same.
